1. How to log in for the first time
• Open your browser and go to [LOGIN_URL_PLACEHOLDER]
• Enter the email address we created for you (e.g., john@yourcompany.com)
• Use the temporary password we emailed you
• You’ll be asked to create a new secure password – that’s it!

2. How to add or remove team members (admin only)
• Log in at [LOGIN_URL_PLACEHOLDER]
• Click “Admin Console” in the bottom left
• Click “User Details” → “Add User”
• Fill in their name and email → choose role → click “Create”
• To remove: click the three dots next to their name → “Delete”

3. Set up on your iPhone or Android phone
• Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account
• Choose “Other” (or “Google” if using Gmail app)
• Enter your full email and the password you set
• IMAP settings (auto-filled most of the time):
– Incoming: imap.zoho.com (Port 993, SSL)
– Outgoing: smtp.zoho.com (Port 465, SSL)
• Save – you’re done!

4. Set up in Outlook, Apple Mail, or any desktop app
• Open your mail app → Add Account → Manual/IMAP
• Incoming server: imap.zoho.com | Port 993 | SSL/TLS
• Outgoing server: smtp.zoho.com | Port 465 | SSL/TLS
• Username = your full email address
• Password = the one you created

5. Frequently Asked Questions
• Where are my old emails? → Already migrated – they appear automatically after first login
• How do I reset a password? → Admin Console → User Details → click user → Reset Password
• Can I use my current Gmail app? → Yes – just add the account with the settings above
